Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 8–12 days from the day you place them.

Shipping costs

• United States: free shipping on every order.
• Other countries: shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Order changes

Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@seatdream.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.

Delays and lost parcels

Occasionally carriers are delayed, especially in busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days, email us and we'll track it down. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
